"Audio Products": Pre-recorded sounds, samples, loops, presets, and sound effects available for purchase and download. "Content": All materials, data, and information contained within the Website. "Services": The provision of Audio Products and related services through our Website.

3.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

4. AUDIO PRODUCT LICENSING
4.1 Licence Grant Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to use the Audio Products in accordance with these Terms: You may use Audio Products in your own musical compositions and productions. You may use Audio Products in commercial recordings and performances. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the Audio Products in their original form. This licence is granted to a single user only.
4.2 Restrictions You may not: Claim ownership of the Audio Products. Register the Audio Products with content identification systems. Use Audio Products in isolation as sound effects in media productions without substantial modification. Include Audio Products in sample packs or preset collections for distribution.
4.3 Copyright All Audio Products remain the intellectual property of Producerstack or our licensors. No transfer of copyright ownership occurs through purchase.
5. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT
5.1 Pricing and Currency a) The price for an Audio Product will be the price displayed on the Website at the time you place your order. Prices are subject to change without notice. b) Our store's base currency is Great British Pounds (GBP). While the Website may display prices in your local currency for your convenience, the final price charged will be the amount shown in the currency displayed to you at checkout. c) You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, exchange rates, or other charges that may be applied by your payment card provider. d) All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where legally applicable.

6.2 Our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all our digital Audio Products, starting from the date of purchase.
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, please contact our support team at contact@producerstack.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for your request so we can process your refund.
Once a refund is processed, your licence to use the Audio Product (as defined in Section 4) is immediately revoked.
We reserve the right to review and refuse refund requests in cases where we suspect abuse of this policy (for example, excessive downloading followed by refund requests, or repeated refund requests from the same customer).
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
7.1 Website Content All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
7.2 Trade Marks "Producerstack" and associated logos are our trade marks. You may not use these without our express written permission.
7.3 User Submissions If you submit content to us (reviews, feedback, suggestions): You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use such content. You warrant that you have the right to grant this licence. We have no obligation to use or respond to submissions.
