Digital Delivery Policy

At Producer Stack, we provide instant access to our premium sound kits and sample packs. All of our products are digital, which means you get your files immediately after purchase without any shipping fees or waiting times.
This policy outlines how you will receive your digital products.
1. Instant Delivery Process
Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, your files will be made available to you in two convenient ways:
Email Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email containing your unique, secure download links. Please ensure you enter a valid email address at checkout.
Customer Account: You can also access your purchased files at any time by logging into your account on our website and navigating to your order history.
2. What You Will Receive
All of our sound kits are delivered in a single .zip file. Inside this compressed file, you will find the high-quality, 24-bit .WAV audio files, which are compatible with all major Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs) such as FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, and more.
3. Haven't Received Your Order?
If you have not received your download links within a few minutes of purchasing, please follow these steps:
Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, automated emails can be mistakenly filtered. Please check your spam or junk mail folder first.
Log In to Your Account: If you created an account, log in to producerstack.com to see if your download links are available in your purchase history.
Contact Us: If you still cannot locate your files, please contact our support team at support@producerstack.com. Be sure to include your order number so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
4. Download Limits
To protect our digital products from unauthorized sharing, each purchase comes with a download limit of 3 times per file. We highly recommend you back up your purchased files to a secure personal drive upon downloading.
5. Shipping & Handling Fees
As all our products are delivered digitally, there are absolutely no shipping or handling fees. The price you see on the product page is the final price you will pay.
