Step by Step instructions
1. Download the .zip file for your ProducerStack pack.
2. Unzip the file (Right-Click the .zip file and select 'Extract All...'
3. Open the folder created when you unzipped the file is step 2
4. Open your DAW (we use Ableton) and add Serum 2 to a Midi track
5. Inside the folder look for the file with the '.SerumPack' suffix (In this case 'Casio CX-101 Organ.SerumPack')
6. Drag and drop the .SerumPack file onto the Serum 2 interface
7. Wait whilst it installs - you have now installed the pack and it should be avaliable under your presets in the Serum 2 menu.

After every purchase you have many options for downloading.
1. A download screen with a link will appear right after you have paid for your product(s).
2. You'll receive an email (this can sometime take up to 5 minutes but usually pretty instant). This will contain your order details and a download link to your product(s).
3.Once you make an account on our site your purchases will be avaliable there for download too.

To access your account just click on the account icon at the top right of any page on our site and then enter your email address or select the 'Sign in with Shop' option and follow the on screen instructions.

When you purchase products from ProducerStack.com you are buying a licence not buying the data itself.

The Sounds, Presets and Tools included in the download are still owned by FluxQX Ltd. T/A ProducerStack, we are licensing you to use them in the creation of musical compositions.

The rights granted by the licence aren’t transferable, so for someone else to benefit from the license they would need to buy the product themselves.

All ProducerStack Packs are zip files.

For Mac, double click .zip file file to extract it.

On a windows PC, depending on the age of your computer, you'll either need to right click and select 'Extract All...'. If you don't see this option you might need a program such as Winzip.

If you find the product doesn't extract or you get an error, it means the file might have been corrupted during download and you should try your download again.
Once uncompressed, you'll you can install the products in your DAW.

All audio samples are 44.1Khz/48Khz 24Bit .wav files.

The file formats for pre-sets (such as Serum 2 or Ableton Racks) vary and are individual to the plugin/DAW they are designed for.

All of our products are supplied as a .zip (compressed folder) this is to minimise download times and bandwidth. You will need to unzip this folder to first before you will be able to install or use any of our products.

Once unzipped you will find a PDF inside the folder (usually with the same name as the product). This PDF will take you through the install process.
